This page is just for you

Whatever brought you here,
this is a safe place.

You don't need the right words. You don't need to have it all figured out. If you've experienced intimate partner violence, you deserve support that meets you exactly where you are.

We work at your pace, in your voice. There's no pressure, no judgment — just a clinician who understands, and a space that's entirely yours.

What support can look like

There's no single "right" way to heal. Here are some of the ways we can walk alongside you.

You are not alone, and this is not your fault.

Abuse can make you feel like it's your job to carry everything — and like no one would understand. That weight isn't yours to hold alone.

Reaching out can feel like the hardest step. But it's one step, and you don't have to be brave or ready to take it. You just have to be here. And here, you are believed.

You don't have to do this alone

Group work, when the time is right

For some survivors, healing happens in the company of others who understand. Group therapy offers a steady, supported space to share what you've been carrying — and to hear that your story isn't the only one like it.

We facilitate a range of small, trauma-informed groups — for survivors of intimate partner violence, for those rebuilding after leaving, and for partners working to interrupt harmful patterns. You set the pace; we hold the room.

  • Small, closed groups so trust has room to grow
  • Facilitated by a clinician with IPV specialization
  • Survivor-centered and confidential
  • Available in person and via secure telehealth

What happens next, whenever you're ready
